RN Manager of Neuro and Cardiac Surgery
A well-respected, not-for-profit hospital in the Seattle Area is actively hiring for a Nurse Manager to oversee its busy Cardiac and Neuro Surgery department. The 200-plus bed hospital has been providing high-quality patient care to the surrounding communities for over 50 years.
The Surgery Nurse Manager will oversee all areas of the Neuro-Spine and Cardiovascular Perioperative Services department including the OR and sterile processing. The department has 7 OR suites designated to Neuro/Spine and CV surgery. The hospital offers the latest in state-of-the-art equipment in its OR suites and performs a wide variety advanced surgeries using the latest technologies and procedures. The CVOR Nurse Manager will provide leadership to over 65 employees total, including charge nurses and shift supervisors.
The Nurse Manager of CVOR will report to and work closely with the Director of Surgery to ensure each shift has adequate staffing, the department is performing within budgetary allowances, and that policies and procedures are constantly assessed.
